Rebuild includes:

New solid state electronics
Releathering of 3 regulators
New MIDI system including a MIDI sequencer for record and playback
New wiring
New electric chime action

Front of console. Original manuals and stoptabs were recycled as part of the rebuild. New pistons were installed as well as the MIDI sequencer at the left under the keybed.

Rear view of console. All new solid-state electronic combination action memory as well as a multiplexing relay with MIDI capabilities were installed. A completely new wiring harness was also installed.

This is the new relay system which operates the valves under the pipes. Note the Wicks cotter pin junction board which fills most of the cabinet. The cable from the console is a Cat-5 Ethernet type cable which is smaller than a pencil with only a few wires in it.

This is a view of the stop action magnets and wiring. These units move the stop tabs to a preset configuration whenever a piston is pressed.

This is the back of the pedalboard showing the wiring to the key contacts at the bottom and the wiring for the toestuds near the top.

This is the new Wicks electric chime action still packed in its shipping container.

Here is one of the restored and releathered bellows. There are three in the organ.

This is a closeup of one of the corner "gussets" of the regulators. The leather used is goat leather and is some of the strongest yet softest leather available. It is perfectly suited to this joint which is subjected to movement plus outward pressure exerted by the pressurized air within the bellows.

New regulator for offset pedal pipes installed. This regulator replaces an old regulator which was modified by a previous builder and proved to be unrepairable.
